The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event to which this ticket admits such holder, including the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game, and including participation in on-field or other promotions; including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury; including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats or thrown or batted balls; and waives any and all rights against the Northwoods League, member clubs, players, Capital Credit Union Park, and the Village of Ashwaubenon which the holder may have arising out of any accident, personal injury, or loss or damage to property.

In the event that a regulation game is not played this stub can be turned in at the Rockers box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any future 2025 Rockers regular season game.
